Rachel Beard - Senior Producer / Facilities Manager

A South Seas '95er, Rachel has been in the post production realm since 2004. Prior to that she was freelance in the film industry in the camera department working on numerous features, tv productions & tvcs.
She brings a wealth of knowledge from both sides of the industry. She is very keen on cameras (she took all these head shots), flowers, and coffee.

Jacqueline Jiménez - Studio Coordinator

Originally from Mexico and fresh out of Media Design School, Jackie is a filmmaker and VFX artist who turns wild ideas into award-winning stories—now keeping Envy Studios humming as Studio Coordinator.
She fuels the team with creative energy, calm control, and perfectly brewed coffee, all while smoothing chaos and sparking connections.
Off the clock, you’ll catch her dancing hip hop, painting, crafting, dreaming up new films, or plotting the day she finally gets a miniature cow.

Nadeeka Acri - Accounts

Nadeeka finished her degree in accounting and HR in 2004, and followed her then-boyfriend, now-husband, to Italy where she lived in La Spezia for six years teaching English and learning Italian, how to cook, and how to yell at a football game.
In 2011, she and her husband, along with their young daughter, moved back to Auckland. Nadeeka returned to study, and gained her Graduate Diploma in Professional Accounting.
Nadeeka’s hubby on the other hand became an award winning Pizza Maker in his New Lynn shop, Settebello Pizza!

Vedat Kıyıcı - Post Production Supervisor

This is Vedat's first gig in New Zealand, dating back to 2004. Since then, he has carved his place in the industry having worked on award-winning TV/Radio Commercials, prime-time TV Shows, and Films.
Born and bred in Istanbul, he lived in NYC about 9 years, studied sound at Institute of Audio Research ('98), and Video and Multimedia production at CUNY ('03), played in bands, and recorded & mixed music.
His vast technical knowledge, keen eyes and ears for story telling, and superb time management skills will help you finish your project the most efficient way possible .
Always looking for better ways to do things, he actually invented audio software plugins and apps that are being used in studios world wide!

Morten started his audio journey as a graduate of SAE 2010. He was quick to get leading industry experience with an internship at the prominent York Street Recording Studios where he cut his teeth working with some of NZ’s best musicians. Then he worked his way around Auckland -slowly transitioning into post production, and that’s when we snapped him up. At Envy, Morten works on an eclectic mix of projects both local & international, as a Re-recording Mixer, Sound Editor, Recordist & ADR mixer, approaching every project with passion & diligence. When not working on his studio tan and riding faders, you can find him hard at work riding the surf at Auckland’s west coast beaches.

Pebbles - Puppy

Pebbles represents all our additional envy family members that grace us with their presence and add to our projects with style & freelance finesse. She loves walks on the beach and lots of love & attention. She even pops into the office when she is free.
